Suggestions:
1. A family member finds out that they have an especially good voice, they realise this themselves and begin singing in front of different people, with a majority seemingly being genuinely (and positively) surprised. They have duties back at home but they decide to run away and become a singer.
2. A family member is deep in slumber when they have a nightmare. It’s realistic, graphic and violent, so much so that they need to recover a little bit before getting ready for the day. A few hours past and they’ve basically forgotten it until they realise things are starting to play out like they did in their nightmare. Maybe it’s a coincidence, or maybe it’s not, which means things are about to get worse.

Deaths:
Roll a 10 sided dice for every family member, if they get 9 they die, if they are over 80, 8 and 10 also constitutes as a death.
For every couple, roll a 20 sided dice:
1-4: Relationship does not change
5-13: Couple progresses (E.g Engaged——> Married) if they are married or under 18 the couple does not change
14-18 The couple separates, through any way you like, even death(even if you have not rolled either of their deaths beforehand)
19-20 One or both of the partners takes on a lover.
Generate a 20 sided dice for all singles aged 15 or older. If they are under 18, 12 or above is a significant other. If they are between 18 and 26, 7-13 is a significant other, 13-16 is an engagement, and 17-20 is a marriage. If they are 27 or older, 6-9 is a significant other, 10-14 Is an engagement, and 15-20 is a marriage. The ages of the spouses and fiancé/fiancée are up to you.
For potential parents, role a 20 sided dice:
For a potential parents aged 18-23: 1-11 is no children, 12-16 is 1 child, 17-20 is 2 children.
For a potential parents aged 24-34: 1-6 is no children, 7-10 is 1 child, 11-15 is 2 children, 16-20 is 3 children.

For potential parents aged 45+: 1-16 is no children, 17-18 is 1 child, 19-20 is 2 children.

Following the deaths of Nate and Lydia, Julian leaned heavily on Evie, who provided him with a sense of stability and comfort. Their relationship deepened, and eventually, Julian proposed. Their engagement was announced in a small, private family gathering. Julian chose to forgo a grand celebration out of respect for his late siblings. Evie has since become a trusted and beloved figure in the family. Her presence seems to ease Julian's strained relationship with his father, Larry, who now sees her as the saving grace who has grounded Julian.
Larry remains close to Anne, Nate’s widow, often visiting her and treating her like another daughter. In the years since his eldest son's passing, he's devoted himself to preserving the Bellamy legacy, funding charities in Rose, Nate, and Lydia's names and using his wealth to support the careers of his surviving sons.

The Davison's of Hillside, New Jersey are a regular, suburban, middle-class family. Emma Davison is a stay at home mom since having her first child one decade ago. Before that, a waitress. David Davison is a banker for Morgan Bank. Emma and David met in school and were high school sweethearts.
David has an affair with a young intern in the bank's admin department. David decided to leave his old family behind and start a new life with Isabelle, leaving Emma a newly single mother of three.
_
It's been five years since Emma or the kids had contact with David. Well, besides Jeremy, who showed up on his father's doorstep after an argument with his mother when he was 16. Isabelle argued on his behalf to let him stay, but David would not have it. Jeremy went home and held a new appreciation for his dear mother, whom he knew would never abandon him, despite the hard time that had befallen his family.
Two years ago, Emma was working a double at the diner she was forced to start working at again after David left and ran into an old flame. Their love blossomed and they married a year later. Douglas' wife, Lillian, struggled with mental illness and was taken by a long bout of pneumonia. He brings two children from his prior marriage.
Isabelle also gives birth to two girls.

The child was only one when polio took him. Louis Eugene Buckley, a life quenched before it could begin. His father was barely able to attend the funeral for his young, and only son at that time. Marion fell into a deep depression, so bad that, even in the midst of the Great Depression, she sought a psychiatrist. She found Dr. Hastings, or "Charlie." He liked to say it was his practice for his patients to call him by his first name, to make them feel a little more at ease. Marion knew this was not the case. She knew he had taken a liking to her.
But... well, with poor little Louis... and Julian always away, or in his books... well, something had to be done. And so their affair began in great secret, kept away from the family.
Later that year, a boy, about fourteen years old, and a hobo by the looks of it, came to Nathaniel's doorstep asking for work, ready to beg and plead on his knees if he had to. Instead, Jessie Roy Wells found a home with the Buckleys. Though he's never really called Nathaniel "Dad" or Edna "Mom," anyone who saw them out in public would assume just that.
Since Phoebe has basically cut her father out of her life, she's yet to meet young Jessie, but Julian speaks highly of the lad. Jessie finds Julian's old books and chess sets and Stephen's medical texts to be highly interesting, which melts Nathaniel's heart (in a good way).
Unfortunately, the Buckleys cannot escape tragedy for long. Rebecca is widowed when Leonard dies in an automobile accident, no children to remember him by. She moves across the country, to New Mexico, to become a mathematics teacher there, as she is fluent in Spanish. She corresponds with Phoebe as often as she can.

Rachel broke up with Kenneth. Rachel claimed that he never really talked to her because he was so shy. Rachel later met Allen. A much more social guy and more her type. They later married.
Meg had an eerie nightmare one night. It consisted of her mother doing the cooking, usually Anthony cooks in the house. She was making Anthony’s favorite- chicken alfredo Her mom asks Meg to get the parmesan from the kitchen. As she opens the fridge she finds a note taped to a bag of kitchen. The note says: Anthony’s poisonous chicken. Meg screams and runs and when she gets to the dining room, her mom is the one dead.
Later the next day Grace offers to cook chicken alfredo for dinner that night. Grace takes her time making it. Meg feels like this is somewhat familiar. As dinner is served Grace asked Meg to get the parmesan. Meg finally remember where it was familiar when she opened the fridge and saw that same note. Meg screamed as the ran to the dining room. Then sighed a breath of relief as her family was all there eating their dinner. Later that night, Grace got terribly sick. In less than a month. Grace passed away from an illness contracted from food poisoning. Anthony knew about the plan since he spied on them. He switched his and Grace’s plate when she wasn’t looking. Anthony wasn’t going to let Grace get another one of her husbands deathly sick.
