[Opinions] Re: Casey and Anthony

I like Anthony and Antony, but not Tony. Perhaps because my Antoinette friend is known as Toni! Anton, stress on first syllable, is my preferred nn. Another friend's brother is Ian Antony; their mother insisted on that spelling in case Anthony might be pronounced with a -th- instead of a -t-; nobody knew why this would be likely with a mn, but she was determined!
I've never met a Casey, it seems solidly American to me. Like pronouncing the -th- in Anthony? It seems lacking in character somehow.
