My cousin's wife is named Elysia Eir. While it sounds super hippie she's a conservative Baptist Midwestern woman. She doesn't like her name at all, but I love it
Elysian and Elysium are too place namey for me.

Do you know why her parents picked that?

I've never gotten a straight answer. She was the youngest and unexpected, and her mom was all about being hip.

Hm. It does seem religious, or more so than something like Alicia would have been, just not in a conservative Baptist way. :)
