Are you okay with getting a child that does not fit one of these specifications if no applicable children are available? Yep
Are you okay with adopting siblings? Yes, but preferably only children.
Are you okay with adopting pregnant teens? Only if pregnant teens are 0-4 years old lol
Are you okay with adopting a child with a disability? Possibly low-maintenance/high-functioning and it's okay.
