Depends on the spelling. I don't like it when the spellings look like a mishmash of letters, but some spellings actually make the name better. I like the following variants more than the originals:
Girls:
Aleah > Aaliyah
Alycia > Alicia
Callista > Calista
Claira > Clara
Elly > Ellie
Kacie > Casey
Karoline > Caroline
Krystelle > Crystal
Lacie > Lacy
Lilly > Lily
Madisyn > Madison
Mikayla > Michaela
Rhylee > Riley
Boys:
Dameon > Damian
Jaxon > Jackson
Kayden > Caden
Nikolas > Nicholas
Sylas > Silas
Zakaria > Zechariah
Also, I know you were trying to be clever, but I wouldn't write your post this way. If anyone on this website is using a screen reader, they won't be able to read your message. And even for people who read "normally," it's hard to read!
