[Opinions] Pascaline WDYT
I have a penchant for French names and today being Easter this has been on my mind. WDYT?
Happy Easter y’all 🐣💐

Frilly, yes, but mostly edible. Could be a chocolate-coated toffee with a nut inside.

It's ok. I'd rather see/use/be Pascale, which I've met a couple people called and like.
I have a holiday related name, so I tend to identify with them.

I second what others have said. Pascaline seems over the top frilly to me. Whereas Pascale or Pascal are perfectly lovely and more recognizable in French. That being said, I kind of like the masculine Pascalin for some reason.Happy Easter to you too!

I already don't like Pascal and Pascale, nor do I hate them, and as for Pascaline, I don't hate it either, but it's not my favourite. I would call them all tollerable.

I like both Pascal and Pascale. I once had a former French Canadian work colleague named Pascale. Although she was an unpleasant woman and was eventually let go, I've made a concerted effort NOT to let that negative association taint the name for me. Pascaline is ok but it seems a little over the top. I think some diminutives go overboard with cloying sweetness.FYI - A Pascaline is the world's first calculator invented by French mathematician, Blaise Pascal.Happy Easter to you too!

Wow I did not know that! Now this name makes me think of a calculator 🤣

I adore Pascal and like Pascale, but Pascaline makes me think of mescaline. It’s a lovely and shimmering name, though.
