I love it! It’s Shakespearean, Germanic, pseudo-Latinate, and Old Hollywood.
Roz is very brassy, which I appreciate. Sally and Lindy would be cute, too.
ETA: It would never occur to me to pronounce the first syllable “Rose”; it’s all “ROZ” to me.
