[Opinions] Re: Sadie

I definitely consider the name Sadie as one of my favorites. I think that it's very nice and old-fashioned; an underused, classy name at that. It makes me think of a farm girl, who lived in the 1910s; she has long, red, curly hair and a gazillion freckles. She's a bit of a spitfire, very stubborn, loves to build things, loves to dance, and loves to grow flowers. For a while, the fact that you could make the words "sad" and "die" bothered me, but not anymore...it's Sadie, not Saddie! I have only met one girl named Sadie in my entire life (though, she is two years younger than me), and she was also a sweet joy to be around.
My favorite combinations with the name Sadie:
Sadie Rebecca
Sadie Hester
Sadie Flora
Sadie Janet
Sadie Vanessa
Sadie Lynetta
Sadie Loretta
Sadie Lenora
Sadie Ethel
Sadie Helen
Sadie Camilla
Sadie Monica
Sadie Anna
Sadie Gwenora
Sadie Jennifer
Sadie Ramona
