Help[Opinions] carlisle..? or some secret other name?
heyyy gang!! so i’m hoping i’m posting in the right place here, but feel free to shout at me if i’m not 🙏🙏
Elis is my first name and i really love it, but the problem is figuring out a godforsaken middle name that i actually like and that doesn’t sound terrible with my full name! i’ve been posting in smaller trans-oriented spaces, but i would appreciate help from literally anyone!
i was mindlessly scrolling on here and came across Carlisle and it really stood out. i kind of like it for me. i just have no idea if it sounds stupid with Elis or anything…
any thoughts or feelings about those two together?? or any other suggestions?? i will literally take any suggestions, man… i’ll be going to college soon and i wanna try to get this together‼️‼️

DUDE I think it sounds really good! I love how it sounds! If it's in your name list, keep it on the ledger until you decide... if it's gonna be Elis Carlisle, that is a splendid choice IMO. As top commenter said, if you have something meaningful to you, that is also a choice route to take... But I can't diss Elis Carlisle. It has a ring of prosperity to it as well.
If you get to name yourself ... I think a middle name should have some aspect to it that is personal to you. Just picking a combo that sounds good, seems like a wasted opportunity to me.

I think if I were renaming myself I'd be happier with a middle name that has some grit to it, the way a name I didn't choose does. A name that isn't going to please everybody.

If you like it, use it. Since it will be a middle name, not many people will even know it's there.
