Help[Surname] Cluggish
I was going through the entire Basketball Reference database for surnames that I might add to the BtN database. I added the surname Cluggish, but I could not clearly identify the etymology of the surname. Does anyone know? Cluggish is a Scottish name as you can see at https://tinyurl.com/2dh34dyp though it doesn't appear in Black's The Surnames of Scotland.
