I prefer just regular ol Julia without all the frills.
I like it a lot, though I absolutely love Julianne. I wouldn't use Juliana but I very well might use Julianne.

I like it, it’s classy and pleasant. I wouldn’t mind seeing it more often as an alternative to Julie and Julia.
I like Julian for a boy, but not enough to use it. The only fem Jul- name I like is Juliet, and even that I'd only use as a mn, to avoid the standard nn: Julie.
I had an Afrikaans colleague once whose given names are Juliana Elsabe; Juliana is pronounced you-lee-AH-nah in Afrikaans, which is a mouthful. She chose to be known as Julie, with the English pronunciation (with the English pronunciation: she is perfectly bilingual and has a degree in Classics - Latin and Ancient Greek). I prefer Julie to Juliana, however it might be pronounced: just too long and clumsy.

I would seriously consider using Julia, but I don’t like Juliana nearly as much. It’s growing on me though.

Objectively it's a pleasant-sounding classical choice. But it's a name for which I had a years-long problem remembering if a cousin's wife was Julianne or Juliana upon greeting her as I only saw her once in a while; so I defaulted to How are you? (which comes off cold and careless) and frustrated me: Why can't I learn this? I had the same problem with (a classmate's wife) Claudine, Claudette, or Claudia? So I developed a bias, that if I ever named a female, I'd find a non-feminized name that the child might like and could live with. I'm not fond of plain Julie; and prefer short given names (3 syllables or fewer). So, no.
I would! It's actually on my short list. I think it is quite pretty and fanciful, but still common enough to not get any raised eyebrows like some of my other ideas. "Pedestrian fancy" if you will. I always think of Fairy Tail hero that is a bit free-spirited. Juliana has "Anna" from Frozen vibes to me, but not just because of the similarities, also the vibes and the individuals I imagine with it.
