Nowadays? Zero. But maybe that's I'm in Canada, and having an "ethnic" name is considered a plus here.
I sometimes think the whole "resume respectability" is leftover Boomer logic. Like, in the 1970's I'm sure having an unusual name was detrimental. These days... it's practically not even possible to have a unique name.
I think resumes will be the least of the future's problems, honestly.
