I like Henrik and Felix.
Other boy names I like that go with Emrys are Alexander (or any spelling variant) and Ivar, Ivor.
Girl name ideas: Albina, Ivanna, Mila, Ruslana
Since you're other son's name is Welsh, you could give the sibling a Welsh name too. Examples; Aderyn (f), Berwyn (m)
You could also use a French name since you'll be in France. I don't have any recommendations because I don't know much about French names. Arlette is nice for a girl, though.
