Right now I'd pick Phoebe because of the bird, mythology reference, and it looks more complex than the others.
Second choice would be Ruby, then Poppy, then Ella, then Sadie.
Sadie doesn't really appeal to me and it reminds me more of a dog than a human.
Ella is good but very plain and boring.
Poppy and Ruby are very similar and I like both, they're both two syllable "-y" word names that evoke bright red things. But Ruby sounds more mature to me because of the sound itself and the darker red color.
