I think it's pretty. Although, since it's unfamiliar, it seems similar to Seville in my accent (not a bad thing really but enough that I'd wonder if sometimes people might mishear it) and then more distantly Sybil or (even more distantly but more negatively) sev* words like severe.
I guess voters here mainly wouldn't like it because it's unfamiliar.
Sevhil and Elzara would be a cool sibset.
Ilmi is ok but less interesting seeming to me.
