I vote for Ariel
I do have an alternative, if you'd like to consider it; Eriol. It's pronounced pretty much the same. I don't know if its a real name, but its used on one of the characters from Cardcaptor Sakura who is (allegedly - plot reasons) from England.
Eriol or Ariael, I still prefer Ariel personally
