Its a variant of Endelient, which is a latinization of Cenheidlon. It seems the meaning has been lost in time. If one was to look at it etymologically, the element Cen- seems to mean "fierce, brave" in Welsh. But I am not educated in Welsh and wouldn't know what the other elements mean.
