Thanks for the names! This is a work of fiction so it's not going to be entirely true to life, but I do want some kind of accuracy. Most of the points you made, I've worked around and come up with solutions for (e.g. countries such as Iran coming close to destruction and signing the treaty as a last resort).
Some points though, I've not thought about yet. This will definitely be my next step, thanks for the input!
