Fun question! Not all of these are English, or would be initially thought of as adjectives, but I think they work. Tbh I think a lot of Ancient Roman names were adjectives/descriptors.
Marine, Sunny, Irenee, Jean, Misty, Iridián, True, Ever, Serene, Rosy, Bianca, Heavenly, Seven, Indie, Florentine, Lively, Désirée, Aimée, Renée, Delphine
Angelica feels like an adjective name, even though it isn't, quite.
Frank, Savio, Rocky, Sandy, August, Urban, Carmine, Paschal, Norman, Nuno, Aurelius, Cyprian, Major, Octavius, Chance, Beau, Rowdy, Wilder, Sylvan, Roman, Sincere, West, North, Felix, Junior, Constant, Honoré
