[Opinions] Re: Would You Continue The Theme?
in reply to a message by Amoret
Hmm... I think it would depend on the theme.
I like subtle themes for the most part. For example, my name is Samantha, and I have considered Tabitha for a daughter and other witchy names to continue the theme.
For the French theme, I think that would be an easy one to continue, but I'd only do it if I liked French names. For the similar meanings one, I think I'd feel a lot of pressure to continue the theme, but I think I'd have a hard time with it because I'm so picky. Initials I'd probably avoid. I don't want my family to sound like a comic book.
If I had a nature name and so did my partner, I'd probably hands down continue it. Another theme I've considered is Greek/Roman gods. One of my middle names is Irene, and I've toyed with giving kids a second middle name that relates to a Greek/Roman god to continue the theme. But I'm super picky, so who knows!
