It seems like a very serious name, though in Czech it’s literally “I bother” or “I annoy” so it doesn’t quite work in all Slavic languages.

Вадить (vadit') / вадити (vadyty) can be "to bother", or just "to affect in bad way". But I am told вадить is dialectal, only in Donbass. Even there we did not use it much. Раздражать (razdrazhat') is more common word in Russian, дратувати (dratuvaty) in Ukrainian, or some eastern dialects have роздратувати (rozdratuvaty). But in East Slavic languages "I" verbs end in -yu / -u not -im.

Yeah, in Russian or more similar languages it doesn’t conjugate in a way that would affect the name. It makes sense that they don’t use the word as much in that way. In Czech the infinitive is also vadit, but when conjugated for I it is “vadim” and is pretty common usage.
