From what I can tell, there isn't any name that someone somewhere hasn't used. However, Joplin doesn't seem to have been used enough to make an impact. It would fit in with people who use Jagger and Hendrix and Lennon, but it just hasn't gotten much use. It's also a place name so would fit in with Cheyenne and Dakota and Aspen. But it hasn't caught on there either.
