I don't have a blanket opinion on typical Japanese names. Of ones you listed my favorite is Sachiko, although I don't know what connotations it'd have in Japan. A couple Japanese names I like that I guess would be old-fashioned are Matsuko and Yayoi.
Haruto is my favorite of the modern boys' names you listed, and Tsumugi seems interesting, but again, I don't really know how names are thought of in Japan. (Would it be common to be named after grandparents? I don't even know.)
