[Facts] Re: PSA: Not all names are in English

https://www.behindthename.com/rating/bias.php - in ratings sections it has this "Name ratings are contributed by visitors to this website. Since this website is presented in only English, it is unsurprising that the majority of visitors are from English-speaking countries. Countries with many second-language English speakers are also well represented.
Comparing the ratings between names, it is possible to see that those from some categories (which may be languages or cultures) may be rated significantly higher or lower than average. Some of the negatively-rated categories are languages or cultures which are likely unfamiliar to the typical English-speaker. In other cases, negative ratings have been given to names associated with traditionally disadvantaged groups. This exposes an unfortunate linguistic, racial or socioeconomic bias to these ratings."
It is also true for comments.

I checked many of the languages, and Japanese names tend to have among the highest ratings, while Javanese names have among the lowest. African-American names also have very low ratings.
