Questions about these – are they popular because of Ukrainians in Poland or are they also used by Poles?

I'd imagine the names you listed are mostly listed by Ukrainians. Poland received a lot of Ukrainian refugees after Russia invaded Poland back in 2022, although there has been a Ukrainian presence in southeastern Poland long before that too.
Yes, I know this? That is why I asked.
I was born in Poland. The only names I could see being used by Poles are Maksym and Bohdan. There was a Bohdan in my own extended family. These are also the only two in name books I have.
Edited to add: I am not sure about Nelia. I suppose that it is being used by Poles. Kornelia has been popular and perhaps Nelia is now being used as a full name.

Actually the names: Denis, Luka, Sofia, Viktoria and Nelia are not just used by Ukrainians but also some Poles
Unfortunately, I don't have any statistics, but I've never heard any of these names on Poles, only Ukrainians.
