My maternal grandparents back when they were still around had a small dog named Banjo. This dog, despite being pint sized, made mine and my younger sister's experience visiting, unpleasant. This dog absolutely did not care for little kids and the memory of having to be carried or begged to be carried through the garage into the actual house, is a core memory that has remained with me still till this day. (You had to go passed the garage where people usually hung about before entering; I know it sounds weird.)
Oddly enough, the little demon dog was fine once we entered the actual house, apart from a few warnings growls. That is what immediately comes to mind, apart from well, the instrument. I don't care for it on a person.
