Congratulations to Celia, Arthur, Asher, Emet and Eli!
We have found you five children.
Abena Dikeledi is four years old from Ghana. She has been unfazed by the death of her parents and is happy and energetic. She has been having breathing problems, though, and needs to be taken to the doctor ASAP for evaluation for asthma. She loves reading and running, and is extremely excited about the chance to go to school.
Ekenedilichukwu Kojo is seven years old from Uganda. He is thrilled about going to his new home, and is open to the idea of getting a new name or a nickname that is easier to pronounce. He enjoys swimming and trucks, and is an excellent reader.
Abraham Saul and Miriam Aviva are three-year-old twins from Israel. They are both hearing-impaired, and will need hearing aids ASAP to prevent serious language delays. They are very smart, though, and love to look at books and draw. Both are affectionate and loving and very adaptable to new conditions.
Liora Ilana is five years old from Israel. She is very healthy and strong, and loves adventures. She is looking foward to being adopted and is excited about having siblings for the first time. She likes to draw and sing, and might want singing lessons when she is older.
Let us know how Abena, Ekenedilichukwu, Abraham, Miriam, and Liora are doing!

We were all thrilled to welcome our five new children into the family.
Abena is enrolled in preschool and has been described by her teachers as "The Life of the Party". Her favorite time of the day is recess, and since arriving she has discovered that her favorite food is cherry pie. We had her checked for asthma, and she now has an inhaler to assist her when she runs too much.
Ekenedilichukwu "Neddy" Is spending a year with a private tutor to help him catch up with children his own age in the English Language. He is thrilled about being in thrid grade with his peers next year. He has not only excelled in reading, but also has found that Math is easy for him as well. Last month he helped us pick out a car bed and truck wallpaper for his new bedroom. We also reguarly make trips to the communtiy pool where Ned would live if he could. He has also taken an interest in soccer and t-ball and is signed up to play both.
Abe and Miriam are also enrolled in preschool and have become fast friends with their entire class after they were fitted with hearing aids. They are very talkative and have easily picked up the language. Their art is amazing and they dominate the fridge with various fingerpaintings.
Liora has really bonded with all of her siblings. She and Miriam are practically inseperable when they are at home. She is enrolled in kindergarten and she loves learning. She also loves her teacher who frequently uses songs to teach the children. When she is at home she loves playing outside with Abena and the older boys, or she likes to draw with the young twins. She is extremely excited about gaining the lead in her scxhool's kindergarten performance where she gets to sing a solo.
