Our family is interested in adopting Jake, the 2-year-old Golden Retriever.
1. What is your home like?
We have a fairly large house with six bedrooms that sits near a lake. We also have a large backyard with lots of room to run around and play in, in addition to a swimming pool. Our home is very family-oriented. Our kids get along wonderfully and love to play with each other outside. Our older children are very responsible and are known for being animal lovers. We spend a lot of time together, both indoors and out, and we especially enjoy swimming.
2. Why do you want to adopt this pet?
We want to adopt this pet because our children are such animal lovers, especially dogs. They enjoy visiting their cousins, and when they do, the first thing they are known to do is rush to play with their puppies. We haven't yet adopted an animal because we were waiting for our kids to be a little older, and now that they are, we are definitely taking wanting to do so.
3. What do you think this pet would be happy in your home?
We think Jake would be happy in our home because he's a family pet, and our family would put the time aside to play with him. There's no doubt that he would become a part of our family. Our boys enjoy fishing and being outdoors, as do our daughters, and we are known for enjoying being outside together. One of our favorite activities is swimming, and we know that Jake enjoys that as well. We hope you will closely consider us in adopting Jake, because we feel that a special dog such as he would make a wonderful addition to our family.
