I *love* it! It's also a Judeo Spanish name prn. the same, and written Gioia, meaning "joy" or "gem"... It's beautiful.

Joia, I really like it, especially that particular spelling. Joya sounds justg like you just attach an a to Joy and there you go. So Joia sounds pretty, yes.

I like the name, but not the spelling--it looks stuck halfway between Joya and Gioia. I think that one of those two would look better.It's a nice name, though I really prefer just plain Joy. Elenore Joy is a combo I really like...Array
