[Opinions] Semariána?
It's a name a created; I'm just wondering what you think?

Thank you! The accent does serve a purpose. It's there for stress, so the A is pronounced longer. And Mariana is a good name on its own. I would definitely use a nickname more often than the full name. The name means: Land of the dead. It's for my books. But I also would love to use it for when I have children. The meaning is a bit morbid, but the name itself, I think, is beautiful.

Cool name! Well done!
Cheers,
Cheers,
I'd likely classify this number under a 'guilty pleasure' or a name that I likely but wouldn't call my children one day.
For myself, I prefer just plain Mariana. I think it's gorgeous and elegant on its own.
What is the purpose of the accent in this name? Does it change the sound of that A (and if so, how should it sound?), or is it meant to make sure we stress that syllable? Or is it there for the hell of it?
