Lovely. My great grandmother (my maternal grandmother's mother) bore the name "Adele Frances" ("Adele" pronounced as "AD-a-lay" in her case). She was affectionately known as "Addie Frances".
No, it's not old-fashioned. It's a beautiful, classic name. Sometimes, old-fashioned and traditional is better.
