[Opinions] Sally
Wdyt of Sally? Can it stand on its own as a fn? I think it ages well, but do you? Do you have any snappy mn suggestions for Sally?

It's nice, but I prefer it as a nickname (for Sarah or Allison).

I love it. It's spunky and very cute, in the off-beat way. Makes me think of Ragdoll-Sally from A Nightmare Before Christmas :-) I think it's strong enough to be a full name, and I think it ages well.
I love it, and Sal too. I think it could definitely stand on its own. It's not very, very nicknamey, it was only originally a nn, it's like naming a kid Jack. Btw, my mother has one of the most nicknamey names possible, and people are used to it, even with a Dr. written in front of it. It ain't a problem.
And about the middle names, sorry, I'm not very good at them. I really like Array's suggestion of Sally Jane, though.
Maybe Sally Roxane or Sally Igraine?

I love it--I think of Sally the ragdoll first and foremost, and you really can't get cooler than Tim Burton, right? ;) Besides that, I think it sounds really smart and refreshing after all these Shayley-Shaelyn-etc kids.
I prefer it with a shorter middle name (and I have to admit that I wouldn't say no to using both first and middle name, hehe).
Off the top of my head (have I hit any you like?):
Sally Jane
Sally Pearl
Sally Harriet
Sally Primrose
Sally Rosaleen
Sally Tacita
Sally Marina
Sally Mariska
Sally June
Sally Quinn
Sally Jemima
Sally Sophia
Sally Faustina
Sally Jezebel
Sally Joan
Sally Winifred
Sally Ursula
Sally Pandora
Sally Lorraine
Sally Doreen
Sally Colleen
Sally Viola
Sally Clare

Sally Jemima
Sally Sophia
Sally Winifred
Sally Lorraine
Sally Geneva
Sally Carmina
Sally Ramona
Sally Verona
and even Sally Valaida. =)
