[Opinions] Anne or Anna
Which name do you prefer and why?

Anna
Anna is my husbands favorite name. I think it would be beautiful on someone else's kid, but I go back and forth on whether it's too plain. I do love the name though. It is classic, elegant and ages well.

Anna! Anne has always seemed kind of bland to me, I'm not sure why. Anna is my absolute favorite girls' name, so of course I have to go with that.

Anna! It just sounds much prettier and not so plain.
Anna can stand as a FN by itself, I think. Anne seems a bit weak if not combined with another name.
As for MN, they both work terrifically.
All in all, I like Anna better.
