It sounds like it came off a soap opera. That's not something that appeals to me, I'm afraid.
I'd pair it with something longer and more 'sensitive', if you will. Ridge Oliver, Ridge Nicholas, Ridge Gregory, etc--with something as harsh as Ridge, it needs a softening middle name.

All of those would work even better if they were switched so that Ridge was the mn.
