I prefer Miles, just started loving it in the last few months, but I love Milo also. I would be likely to use Miles as a fn and Milo as the nn. :)

Milo, Felix, Maeve & Grace - Grace sticks out as boring next to the others, imo. I love Milo & Felix as brothers. Milo & Maeve together are a little cutesy, though. Maybe Milo, Felix, Eve & Grace?
Milo, Henry, Oscar & George - Love, love, love, love
Milo, Ruby, Evie & Olive - Evie is more of a nn to me (for Eve, Eva, or Evelyn--all are nice). I want to like Olive but all I see is the name of a food. :-/ Milo & Ruby are perfect together.
