I love Apollinaire because it makes me think of the author/poet Guillaume Apollinaire - the author of one of my favourite books, 'Le Sorcier Pourrisant'. I'd use it in a heartbeat, but then again I've always loved eccentric names.

Savio is nice, and simple enough to be perfectly usable, even though it's somewhat exotic.

Vesuvius just makes me think of the volcano. It would be a lovely name for a character in a book, but I'm not sure whether it would work on a real person. It's not bad, but I'm kind of on the fence about whether it's usable.

I'd pair any of these names with a more or less traditional middle name to balance out their exoticness.
