I like Savio and Apollinaire, but only Savio's usable of the three as a first name for an English boy imo. Apollinaire, I think, is just too out there for an English speaker; if you use it, I think it'd work better as a middle name, with something more bland and common as a first name.
Vesuvius is the name of the volcano that erupted and killed everyone in Pompeii and Herculaneum in 79 CE--at least 1,500 people certainly died, and the total death toll could've been as high as 15,000 or 25,000. Why on earth would you want to name your kid after something that caused such a tragedy?
