I am adopting Micah Daniel and William Devon Potter. I would like to change their names to Micah Demetrius and Wade Paris (I was going to keep the initials but Wade Devon sounded a bit mushed together, if you like you can change it back to Wade Devon)

Reason for Adoption: Mother didn't want them...been in foster homes
