Robin, Wren, and Tiger are generally considered acceptable names (at least, I've heard them used several times); Sparrow and Raven are little more unique. I quite like Swan, Wolf, and Sparrow myself...but they'll always be associated with the animals and that might get old after a while. I think they'd be great as nicknames...I have a friend who goes by Bird half the time.
