but what I love is the similar Moriah. It's more interesting, I think, and sounds kind of cool, for lack fo a better word. Mariah is a sweet name but doesn't strike me enough to be a personal favorite. I do think of Mariah Carey but it's a neutral associatoin for me, and it would probably cease being my first connection if I ever met a Mariah in real life.
