Congratulations Antonio, Lourdes, and Marcos! You have adopted Joseph! He is eight months old and mentally disabled due to fetal alcohol syndrome. Fortunately, Joseph is not as badly affected as doctors first feared. He will probably be able to walk and communicate eventually. Enjoy your new son Joseph!
