[Opinions] Re: Fox? WDYT?
Fox is not a name I would ever consider using, but I think it could work. I see it as more of a nn that man or older boy grows into, like if he's very clever or has fox-red hair. I'd use Alistair, I'm not big on the current trend of using names from Harry Potter. :)Did some googling, there's a writer for the NY Times called Fox Butterfield, so it isn't totally unheard of as a fn.Don't like River at all, it is too hippie-ish for me and the sound is not attractive to my ears anyway. Fox and River as brothers is a kind of hokey, corny, like there should be a third brother named oh say... Monkey. Fox and River as brothers are very different from Charlotee. And Bindi is so very Australian-associated I can't imagine an American called it. OR an adult woman. It also doesn't go with the other names.
