I really dislike it. It reminds me of the college in TX, and as a name I think it's too cutesy and sounds like the parents were trying to be "different" by not chosing Bailey or Taylor, but the end product is really not that different at all.

It's a surname, the name of a university in Texas, but as a fn it looks trendy--like a combo of a B name + Taylor. Just nmsaa. :-/

I used to like it spelled Bailor. I dont know how I feel about it now, since I used to like it, I dont loathe it. I think its one of those I wouldnt mind seeing on somone elses kid. NN Bay is cute. ~~Kris~~
