Midori is an alcoholic beverage and Sultana sounds satanic. So, if you are naming cocktails then yes, but if you are naming children, please no.

Midori is a green alcoholic beverage and Sultanas are a fruit. What more can I say?

Midori makes me think of the liquor. Sultana makes me think of Carlos Santana or sultans. Or Satan. :-/

I think midori is yummy especially in a midori sour. I don't care for sultanas though. I've never cared for raisins.

Sultana reminds me of raisins.Midori brings something bad to mind, but I can't quite place my finger on it. Also kind of reminds me of 'humidor'.

I love Midori, but only prn "mih-dor-ee," not "mee-dor-ee."Don't like Sultana at all; it sounds like "sultan," which to me, has a "dark" sound to it. I mean, if it's for a character, then OK, but for a real person, no way.

Midori reminds me of the drink...
Almost as bad as a girl I know who named her twins Alize and Hennessey. [That's what happens when you have kids at 13 I suppose]

They sound like North African princesses or something. Quite over-the-top if you ask me.
