Sovereign is eccentric but kind of neat. It has the same "feel" to me as Maverick.
Summit merits a slight cringe. I think it's a bit silly, and has a vague innuendo about it.

I don't like either of them at all. Sovereign sounds extremely pretentious, like naming a child Lord or something of that nature. Summit sounds like a brand of camping equipment, like someone else said.

Neither are names. Sovereign is more aesthetically pleasing word to me, but it's still not a good name.

Both not very usable as names imo, if I had to choose between them I'd say Summit
