There is this guy in my English class named Truett. WDYT of his name?

it's definately unique, i like it better than most made up names.

I don't like it. First of all, my first impression was that it was a girls name. And I've heard this name before and its killing me right now that I don't remember where.

You know, the twin sisters on the island, and Sarah-Louise is constantly in her twin's shadow? Their father is named Truitt, Sarah-Louise eventually moves to a town called Truitt, and she names a son Truitt.
That's immediately what I think of when I hear the name.
