Reminds me of a made-up combo of Isabel and Rosalie. :-/ Can you break down the pronunciation of Isa? It can be said many ways--EE-sah, EYE-sah, EE-zah, EYE-zah. I'm assuming it's EYE-sah-lee or EE-zah-lee ("easily"?). Either way, it doesn't seem like a 'real' name so it's nms.

So, it's pronounce like easily? If so, pretty as it is, I have to say no.

I think this is a beautiful name. I would probably go with a feminine 1 syllabal middle name like Isalie Rose.

Isalie is actually rather pretty. Is it something you made up? It has a sweet feel like Isabel and an elegant Celtic feel like Isla but without being as popular as either of those names. It has more of the feel of Isolde to me, pretty and sort of wild in a Celtic princess sort of way. Also Eilidh (eye-lee) is in that sound category.Combos:
