WDYT of Lucy? I have a love for L names, and this one is really growing on me. Would you prefer it as a full name or a nn? If the latter, what full name would you give?
As for mns, the random name generator a few posts down gave me Lucy Ophelia. I also like Lucy Adelaide. Any suggestions or comments? TIA!

I adore Lucy, but only as a nickname, as it's very cutesy to me.
Full names I like for Lucy:
Lucia (loo-SEE-ah is my vastly preffered pronounciation)
Luciana (loo-see-AH-nah)
Lucienne
Lucienna
Lucretia
Lucinda
Another one I'm not fond of but could work is Lucina / Lucine.
Lucy Ophelia is gorgeous! Lucy Adelaide is nice too, but not nearly as stunning as Lucy Ophelia.
Lilah and Lucy are much too cutesy for sisters IMO.

I think Lucy is a very sweet, feminine name that will age well. It's adorable for a little girl, but is also grown-up sounding for a young lady & grown woman. I really like it!
If I were to use it, it'd definitely be on its own. I think it's formal enough with a full name. Lucille seems very dated to me. Lucia & Luciana aren't my style.

I prefer Lucy on it's own. Longer Luc- names are ok but why the nn Lucy? Lucy works perfectly on its own!
Same with Sophie. I think it's stupid using Sophia and then calling the child Sophie, why not Sophie right from the start?

Love it! My favorite combo is Lucy Delilah, but that wouldn't work as a sister to Lilah, lol.

I think Sebastian, Lilah, and Lucy sounds fine. You know my opinion on Sebastian, but they still *work*, even though I don't like it. They're all kind of the same style.

I've always liked Lucy--like Lucy and Ricky and Lucy Van Pelt. :) It's spunky and sweet and just very nice. And then there's St. Lucia, who has more significance for me than you, but she bears mentioning anyway. ;)

It's unnecessary in the extreme; Lucy is already a perfectly valid, perfectly workable first name, and it doesn't need to have a "full" name to be taken seriously. I don't know why it bothers me when people do that with Lucy and not so much with other names...but it does, lol.

I forgot to tell you that I met a girl named Ivy! She was about 11, and it suited her nicely.

I agree with you about Lucy not needing a full name. I'm fighting with myself about Sophia/Sophie- does Sophie need Sophia? Same thing with Lucy, although I'm thinking that Lucy doesn't need Lucille.
At first I thought that Cyprian was Caspian, but hm. I've never heard of Cyprian. You're providing me with tons of new names today, thanks! :)

On Musette: Well, Musetta's in La Boheme (she's the operatic equivalent of Maureen in RENT--they make various references in the musical to Musetta's Waltz, which is "Quando m'en vo" from the opera), and I assume one can thus do Musette. I think it's pretty, though I also think it's probably better as a mn, heh.
Lucienne: loo-see-enn. A bit of a stress on the final syllable, but not too strong of one. I think it's really pretty--and check out its popularity run! How's that for a good sign? ;)
Sophie doesn't need Sophia any more than Molly needs Mary. I have to admit I slightly prefer Sophie as a nn, but I certainly think it stands alone well.
Cyprian's an old favourite of mine. I have a character by that name, and he has a sister named Aglaia. I always liked their names. :)
