zoh-FEE-ah is also gorgeous, but as Zofia.

The EYE sound makes me cringe.

I'd say zo-FEE-ah, but my prefered pronuncation and the most common way for me to mentally hear it is SO-fee-a.

Like Iphigenia, I prefer the "-EYE-a" ending for Sofia.

But here in the US at least I'd be swimming against the stream so I don't try it with Sofia / Sophia.
