I think Cordelia and Theodore sound gorgeous together! I don't really think that the 'or' sound is enough to make them unusable in the same sibset - in fact, to me, I think it just makes them sound more attractive as siblings. If you wanted to do nicknames, Cora is my favourite for Cordelia, and Theo is very cute. I'm not a Delia fan. But Cora and Theo sound very cute together!

Other alternatives - Delilah, Cora, Caroline, Ophelia, Pandora, Lilia?

I appreciate your response. Cora is very pretty and growing on me, I am just more used to Delia.

I really like Ophelia and Pandora, but grumpy dh doesn't like them at all (he isn't really that bad, just not the best with names).
